Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of The US women's Olympic gymnastics the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as in the year 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. In the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze medal on the balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. Her gold medal in the Olympics in 2016 marked the second consecutive gold medal for the United States team. This made her, and teammates Gabby and Gabby - the first Americans to accomplish this feat. Silver medals were awarded in the individual floor and all-around event. After the 2002 Olympics she stopped for three years gymnastics. She was also a part of the gold-winning American teams at 2 World Championships. She began learning gymnastics at the age of two and her favourite event is floor workouts. Aly is a part of The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. Aly plans on pursuing the field of fashion, and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce, a new book she is working on will be published sometime in the coming year.
